After going through about a dozen ideas of which artist to recommend this week, I have realized I may be overly obsessive with new music. Being the time of year when all the “best-of” lists are coming out, it’s been a seriously manic month of listening in my world. Quite hectic, really. So in a bit of rebellion from that, I decided to share something not so new, but maybe new to you.<\/p>\n
While 2012’s\u00a0Fill Your Lungs<\/i>\u00a0turned out to be their first and only EP, Denver based dream pop group Ending People gave us a recording worth remembering. The project was the collaboration of Erin Roberts, Tim Husmann, Jeff Davenport, and Justin Croft, all of which were involved with other musical endeavors at the time (Crooked Fingers, Phosphorescent, Castanents, etc) and have all gone their own way since. But Ending People left with us an incredible 6-song effort, recorded in their hometown, mastered by Bob Weston at Chicago Mastering Services, and released digitally and on vinyl via Cash Cow Records.<\/p>\n
