Posture is a New York-based arts magazine that functions as a platform for queer and like-minded creatives in the areas of visual art, performance, fashion, music, drag, and journalism. By, for, and about queer culture, the magazine is inclusive to all those who identify – or don’t – with labels such as lesbian, gay, bisexual, pansexual, trans, intersex, masculine-identified, femme, tomboi, genderqueer, gender non-conforming, and/or straight-allied. It is a celebration of fluid identity and a champion of gray areas. A lens that captures the evolving dialogue of queer culture through the juxtaposition of various art forms.
Posture is not just an online magazine but also an entity that seeks to collaborate with outside organizations and institutions. And, look out for fundraising events beginning this summer 2014 with the mission to bring you an extended print edition quarterly.
Posture wants nothing more than to be your premier source for queer inspiration. We hope to see you again.
