Tell us a bit about yourself. What are you into?
I’m born and raised in South Central Los Angeles. I’m 19, and I’m striving to be a trends forecaster for sneakers. I came up with the Alias “hoodflwr” because in essence the hood is where I hail from, yet I’m blossoming into something I’ve never imagined. I currently work for Converse, and I’m a College student. I’m into concerts, shopping, traveling, and sneakers!
How would you describe your personal style?
My personal style is Tom-girl, meaning too girly to be a tomboy, but not girly enough to be a girly girl. I love menswear, 1950’s inspired women’s clothing, sportswear, bright patterns, and white beaters. So I like to think you can find those elements in my attire on any given day.
Dress: American Apparel
How would you say this reflects who you are?
My style is a reflection of me because even though I can look girly, I’m still able to getting hands dirty and run with the boys.

Where do you normally get inspiration for your looks?
I get inspired by magazines; I’ve always had an abundance of them. And the walls in my room are filled with magazine pictures. I also love Instagram, because I get to keep up with my favorite street wear brands and fashion brands. A few of my style icons are Solange, Va$htie, June Ambrose, and Natalia Kills.
