Many of you are already familiar with the parties of Whitney Day. If you aren’t you should be. Trained as a classical musician-turned-DJ, she has created a large following over the past 6 years due to her keen ability for reading the crowd and creating artfully mix genre-blending sets.
As a two-time Official NYC-Pride Headliner and DJ to the Mayor of New York City, Whitney has received various stand-out press coverage from track-by-track analysis from the New York Times to a feature in NEXT Magazine, and even deemed the ‘Queen of Lesbian Nightlife’ by Time Out New York. She has played the Circuit from ‘Winter Party Festival‘ in Miami, Sydney Mardi Gras in Australia, to DJing the 2014 Gay Games in Cleveland this summer …as well as gigs across Las Vegas, Boston, D.C., Denver, Fire Island and all the way to Germany. She is the first DJ from the US to perform at Europe’s largest indoor music festival for women, L-Beach, and the official DJ for the GIANTS 2012 Superbowl Parade. She now doubles her focus by producing wildly popular events for LGBTQs in New York City throughout the year.

• Whitney Day (New York) is a staple in the LGBTQ community in NYC, across the country & internationally. She DJs the largest lesbian & LGBTQ parties, clubs and festivals in the world such as Shedonism, Girls in Wonderland, L-Beach, Pier Pressure, Rapture on the River, Siren, Sydney Mardi Gras, the Gay Games, etc. and is also known for producing the largest special events for women & LGBTQs in New York, drawing 500-2,000+ party-goers at each event.
• Miss Betty Ford (Germany) is a veteran DJ, with a career spanning more than 20 years, a LGBTQ club night promoter with successful parties running for over 16 years. She owns the only LGBTQ bar in her home city called ‘B2 Bar’ and can be found rocking the decks from Switzerland to Russia. This will be her DJ debut in the USA, a long-awaited dream come true!
• Mary Mac (New York) is a well-known figure in the NYC LGBTQ scene. Her energy, passion for music and pumping presence on the mic makes for a kick-ass performance each and every time. It’s no wonder she’s sought after by celebrities like Madonna, who has flown Mary from Paris to Vegas to spin for her Birthday celebrations and other star-studded events.
• Sveta (Australia) is the most beloved LGBTQ DJ in Australia, producing and DJing over 20 events during Sydney Mardi Gras (Pride) in 2014. She has played with the likes of Boy George, Derrick Carter and Kim Ann Foxman. This is her 7th year in NYC for various pride gigs, but her first time rocking the big stage at Marquee. We are thrilled to have her closing the night with us.
